I've just finished a proffesional sound design for 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' by Bill Shakespeare at The Royal Central School. Directed by Stephen Hudson, I was working with the fantastic MA Classical Acting students as well as the Scenographer Andreas Skourtis. It was a brilliant process throughout, met with good audience response. The main concept was set around an abandoned theatre, that is found by the audience as well as the spirits within the play. They find the space and decide to create a play within this. The sound was fairly dark, and included a lot of music, some of which I composed especially. Peek below for some stuff!
